Seed & Grow Leadership is a global, volunteer-powered youth leadership organization helping young people discover their voice, build real skills, and lead positive change in their communities.
Who we are
Seed & Grow Leadership, formerly Lead Up Network, equips young people with the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to become effective leaders. We are online-first, with volunteers working across many countries — and alongside our youth work, we also offer leadership training for adults who support young people.
